The image should be more centered to avoid cutting of the edges. To be maintained good quality with dimensions around 550 x 680 (width x height). The total file size should not exceed 1mb
I understand and agree that the information I have provided above, including all text and images (the "Testimonial") may be used in connection with publicizing and promoting Ceva Animal Health, Pty Ltd., and its affiliates (collectively, "Ceva"). I authorize Ceva, its employees, contractors, partners, and other representatives to use the Testimonial for the promotion of Ceva’s products or for any other lawful purpose. The Testimonial may be used, in whole or part, in printed publications, multimedia presentations, on websites, in radio or television advertisements, through social media or in any other format or medium. I agree that I will make no monetary or other claim against Ceva for the use of the Testimonial. I waive any right to inspect or approve any presentation or use of the Testimonial. I further waive any claim to copyright the Testimonial or any use thereof. I hereby hold harmless and release Ceva from all claims, demands and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of Ceva’s use of the Testimonial as hereby authorized.
